A bracelet crafted from fragments — marble, sterling silver, and baroque pearls brought together as though recovered from different times and places.

The idea behind the piece comes from spolia — the historical practice of reusing fragments of ancient monuments in new works of art and architecture. Throughout late antiquity and the medieval period, pieces of abandoned temples and sculptures were incorporated into newer structures, allowing fragments of the classical world to survive within something entirely new. This bracelet follows the same logic.

Here, forgotten pieces of a marble face are set into jewelry: a pair of lips and a single eye, framed in sterling silver like relics of a sculpture that no longer exists. Sculpted by hand, they feel like pebbles shaped by the sea, or fragments uncovered in the ruins of a forgotten temple.

Romantic in spirit yet sharp in presence, it balances the softness of baroque pearls with the permanence of stone and silver. Smooth, substantial, and cool against the skin, it feels like a small divine artefact carried forward through time — half ancient relic, half modern artefact.
