Is Macabre Gadgets jewelry handmade?
Yes — every piece is individually handcrafted in our studio using traditional techniques, modern materials, and refined processes. From the first sculpt in clay and wax to the final silver or marble polish, our jewelry is made by one of two skilled artisans behind Macabre Gadgets, not through mass production. Each piece is a work of wearable art.
What materials do you use?
We work primarily with solid sterling silver (925), gold, marble, natural gems, and cutting-edge vegan pearls. Each material is selected for its beauty, wearability, and integrity — resulting in a unique tactile experience with every piece of jewelry we craft. We strive to fashion expressive forms meant to last and be enjoyed.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Many Macabre Gadgets pieces are handcrafted to order, which gives us the opportunity to stay as sustainable as possible and add a personal touch to every item we craft. Please allow 3–10 business days for production before shipping.
If your item is pre-crafted and ready to ship, it will be on its way to you immediately. Consider choosing an express shipping option for special occasions or time-sensitive purchases.
Naturally, our hands might be a little busier during sale events, so we appreciate your patience and understanding. In the meantime, please be assured that we are doing our best to carefully craft and ship your new jewel as soon as possible! You'll receive a tracking email once it's shipped.
Who are you and where are you based?
Macabre Gadgets is a small family business consisting of only 3 people at its core, including two artisan-craftsmen who stand behind every piece of jewelry. Currently, we find ourselves traveling more than staying put in order to make Macabre Gadgets exist at its very best. Therefore, our studio is always experiencing the craft on the move. Fortunately, with our compact size, we can afford to travel light.
We partner with local fulfillment offices that carry inventories of jewelry we pre-craft while operating on a small-scale model to maintain the integrity and sustainability of our work.
Is every piece unique?
Yes. Even two pieces of the same design will never be identical. Because our process is hands-on and detail-oriented, no two pieces are exactly alike. You may notice small variations in texture or shape — these are intentional and part of the piece's sculptural identity.
Do you offer custom designs or one-of-a-kind pieces?
We are continuously working on one-of-a-kind jewels; however, they are pre-reserved or sold almost immediately. Follow us on social media for the most recent news about our craft.
We occasionally take on custom work and special commissions depending on design complexity and availability. Most pieces are made-to-order, allowing space for subtle uniqueness and natural variation. For custom inquiries, reach out via our contact form with your thought.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times for your particular address will be shown at checkout.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Your item can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date. Find out more about return eligibility and the exchange process on our dedicated Page.
How do I care for my Macabre Gadgets jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place — ideally in a sealed pouch or box. Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. Silver may oxidize naturally over time; gently polish with a soft cloth to restore shine.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. If your piece needs repair or adjustment, reach out with details and photos. Generally, we offer a one-year warranty; however, we will always be happy to assist when possible with genuine Macabre Gadgets items.
Why are some websites offering your jewelry at extremely low prices?
We're aware of fraudulent websites using stolen images of our work to sell cheap counterfeits or nonexistent products. As a small business, we struggle to battle fake listings in real time.
Please know: Macabre Gadgets is not affiliated with these websites. Our designs are original, unique, and handcrafted — they simply cannot be produced at those prices!
Our pictures are being unlawfully used on fake listings, and they are not selling the depicted products. These are either nonexistent products that will never be shipped or, in some cases, ridiculously cheap-looking knockoffs of our original designs.
If you come across any listings using our photos or claiming to sell our designs, we would deeply appreciate it if you'd send us the link via our contact form. We’re actively reporting these infringements to protect our customers, our rights, and craft.

EXCHANGES
Size exchange is possible only when needed size is available. An exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item/s is received and accepted. Exchange processing time may take up to 10 business days.
RETURNS
Your purchase could be returned within 14 calendar days since delivery date. If 14 calendar days have gone, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and properly packed in its original packaging. To proceed kindly email our customer service using the contact form, please include the number of your order. Unfortunately we are not able to provide free returns or cover the return delivery costs at this moment.
WARRANTY
Warranty is valid for the items purchased at macabregadgets.com only within one year of purchase. Any damages done as a result of violation of care instructions (included to each piece of jewelry) are not the subject of exchange, replacement or return. macabregadgets.com reserves the right to request photo support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorising the return.
REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, non-sale item can be returned for refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date.
- Final sale items are non-refundable.
- All pierced earrings are strictly non returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Books and notebooks are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable as soon as delivery is performed.
In case if complimentary shipping has been applied to the returned order, shipping costs will be deducted from total refund amount.
- Gift card or an item purchased with a gift card can not be returned for refund. An order for a gift card can not be cancelled and refunded for technical reasons.
Refund can only be issued within 60 days since original purchase date. In case if return process takes more than 60 days since original purchase date, store credit will be issued instead. Refund processing by a payment gateway is started as soon as the returned item/s is received and accepted, refund processing time depends on the recipient's bank. Refund is issued in the same currency and to the same payment method as in the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank fees and will not be reimbursed.
