Gift card itself and the items purchased using a gift card could not be returned for a refund, it is technically impossible to cancel or refund it. However, the item purchased with a gift card could be returned for a size exchange.
If recipient loses a gift card code or needs a balance update, you can request an updated gift card at cs.macabregadgets@gmail.com or add the gift card to your Apple Wallet so the need information will be desplayed.
